Guaranteed Quality
If the product quality doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of the product's receipt. We'll conduct a thorough review and seek the best solution for you.

If our quality review team confirms your concerns, we're committed to sending a free replacement to you promptly.

Our preference is to address any issues by providing a replacement. However, if a replacement isn't suitable or you do not wish to wait, please specify when you get in touch, and we'll arrange a refund.

Consistency in Color
While we use consistent equipment, materials, and procedures like our printing partners to ensure color accuracy, printing is influenced by various factors. These can include the type of machinery, its settings, paper type, room humidity, and the machine's last cleaning session, to name a few. Due to these factors, achieving complete color consistency is challenging. Minor color variations due to the reasons listed are within accepted norms and aren't included in our quality guarantee.

Damaged or Faulty Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Should you receive a product that's damaged, has errors in quantity, or lacks expected quality (excluding content quality provided by you), we're here to help. If you'd like to place a new order as a remedy, we'll bear the associated costs.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
